EWTEC 2025 conference registration will open on 13 January 2025 on a dedicated web page with early bird registration available until 20 June 2025.

RATES & DEADLINES

As you can imagine, planning a large-scale event can be challenging. The EWTEC 2025 team want to provide the best event experience possible for delegates however they choose to attend. Therefore, those wanting to attend are strongly encouraged to register early to assist with event planning. Please note registrations after 15 August 2025 will be charged at the onsite rate, with rates shown in Euros (€, EUR). Please note: All prices shown EXCLUDE VAT.

Please note there is a requirement for there to be at least one delegate registered for every accepted paper, see delegate Terms and Conditions for EWTEC 2025 registration.
