Conference Registration
The registration process for EWTEC 2019 is now open
Reserve your place now by following the link and benefit from the early bird rates [early bird registration ends 14/5/2019]:
A letter of invitation for VISA purposes will be provided only if the registration fee has been paid.
Please remember that it will be possible to pay the conference registration fee by bank transfer until August 9th. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.

(*) A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised educational institution or an international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for a discounted rate. You will be asked to show your student identification card at the Conference front desk during the check-in. Without a proper student identification card, the full registration fee will be charged.
The Delegate and Student registration fees (early, full and late) include:
- Access to all congress sessions from 2 to 5 September 2019, at the Maritime Station Congress Center, Napoli.
- Congress bag, water bottle, paper block notes, EWTEC2019 T-Shirt, badge, technical tour coupon, final programme, USB key (including full papers), marketing brochure.
- Welcome Reception, on Sunday 1 Sept 2019 (19:30-22:00), at the Maritime Station Congress Center, Napoli.
- Aperitivo, on Monday 2 Sept 2019 (19:30-22:00)
- Congress lunches on 2,3,4 and 5 Sept 2019, at the Maritime Station Congress Center, Napoli.
- Coffee breaks, on 2,3,4 and 5 Sept 2019, at the Maritime Station Congress Center, Napoli.
- Gala Dinner, on 4 Sept 2019, at the Museo di Pietrarsa.
- Participation in the technical visit of the Natural Marine Energy Laboratory, on Thursday 5 Sept afternoon (first come-first served, according to availability).
The One-day registration fee includes:
- Access to all congress sessions on the chosen day, at the Maritime Station Congress Center, Napoli.
- Congress bag, badge, final programme, USB key (including full papers), marketing brochure.
- Coffee breaks, on the chosen day (morning and afternoon), at the Maritime Station Congress Center, Napoli.
The onsite registration fees do not include:
- Gala Dinner (optional additional ticket at 120 Euros, according to availability)
- Lunches (40 Euros)
